Once connected, the extension runs quietly on every Vinted page you visit, not just the orders page. It checks that a sync key is saved, waits at least 15 minutes between automatic syncs so it doesn’t hammer Vinted on every page load, then collects your sold items and sends them to your dashboard in the background.

You can also trigger an instant sync any time from the extension popup. A small badge on the extension icon shows how many items were just synced (or a red “!” if your subscription needs attention).

Sending new sales to your dashboard (and viewing the statement inside the extension popup) requires an active subscription. If it’s missing or has lapsed, the extension shows a clear message with a button to subscribe. Your existing dashboard data on the website stays fully visible either way.

You can connect more than one Vinted account to a single account here, for example two accounts on vinted.pl and one on vinted.it. Every time you sync while logged in to Vinted, the extension detects which account is active, and the website automatically creates or updates a matching entry for it.

Manage connected accounts from Settings: give each one a label (like “Main PL account”), see how many sales came from it and when it last synced, or remove one entirely (which also removes its sales). On the dashboard, the sales browser lets you filter by a specific account.

One browser limitation to keep in mind: two accounts on the same Vinted domain can’t be logged in at the same time in one Chrome profile. You’ll need to log out and back in (or use a separate Chrome profile) to sync a second account on the same market.

Every synced sale remembers which Vinted market it came from, so the sales browser can always build a reliable link straight to the conversation thread. A link to the item listing itself is added on a best-effort basis: Vinted doesn’t always expose it, so it’s simply omitted for the affected sales rather than shown as broken.

25 Vinted domains are supported out of the box, including vinted.pl, vinted.fr, vinted.de, vinted.it, vinted.es, vinted.co.uk and more. Pick your market in the extension, or let “Detect automatically” pick it up from an open Vinted tab.

The extension never asks for or stores your Vinted password. It reads data using the session you already have open in your browser, the same way the Vinted website itself does. We only store what’s needed to build your statement: item titles, prices, dates, statuses, and the market/account they came from.
